Filling everything in below is free. You pay only at the download — and the only server call this page ever makes is that payment check after you choose to buy, never your content. The resolution-sheet generator and the year-in-review card stay free and unlimited, as always.

1 · The family

The years are computed for you — resolutions are for the New Year being planned, the review pages look back at the year ending. Change them one step either side if you are planning ahead or making a late one.

2 · The children

One row per child: a name and their age band. Every child gets their own resolution sheet and their own interview page.

3 · The year's photos

Add photos click, drop or paste — up to six

    4 · The time capsule

The capsule sheet says when to open it — five years after the year it looks back on.

The New Year Family Pack turns one typed roster into the whole family's New Year evening in a single print-ready PDF: a cover with the family name and the computed year, each child's own resolution sheet (draw boxes for the youngest, writing lines for school age, a self-check card for teenagers), a yearly interview page per child with questions that fit their age, one family page that puts up to six photos from the year side by side with caption lines, a time-capsule sheet with a fold envelope that says when to open it, and one shared grown-ups' intentions page for the year ahead. Everything is assembled in your browser; names, photos and the finished PDF never leave your computer. The only thing our server ever sees is a payment confirmation number, and only after you pay. The pack is €7 once; the resolution-sheet generator and the year-in-review card it builds on stay free and unlimited, as always.

One roster in, the whole family’s evening out

New Year’s Eve with children is a sequence of small jobs: something for each child to write or draw, something for the table to look back at together, something to seal away for the future — and something for the grown-ups that is not a spreadsheet. This pack takes the roster you type once — family name, each child’s name and age band, up to six photos — and assembles all of it into one PDF you print once, on your own printer.

Every page family is built on tools that already exist here: the resolution sheets are the exact pages the free resolution-sheet generator prints, and the family review page uses the same cover-crop pipeline as the free one-photo year-in-review card. The pack adds what the free tools do not make: the per-child interview pages with age-band questions, the six-photo family page, the time-capsule sheet with its fold envelope, and the grown-ups’ intentions page.

What it costs, and what stays free

The pack is €7, once. The two generators it builds on stay exactly as they are — free, unlimited, no account, no watermark. If you would rather not pay, print the single sheets one by one and write the rest by hand; that path stays open forever.

The whole pack is assembled in your browser. Names, photos and the PDF never leave your computer; after you pay, our server only ever checks the payment confirmation number against this exact product before the download unlocks — nothing else is sent, ever.

    Honest limits

The years are computed, not fixed: a pack made in December 2026 reviews 2026 and plans for 2027, and the capsule seal says 2031. The sellers’ “2025” PDFs go stale every January; a generator does not. The interview questions are printed, not asked by an app — a grown-up reads them out and writes the answers down, which is the point: the child’s own words in the family’s handwriting. There is no AI anywhere in this pack. Photos print at family-album size on the review page; the crop is centred, so the subject wants to be in the middle of the picture. Everything prints black on white, so a mono printer loses nothing.

    Questions

What exactly is in the pack?

One print-ready PDF: a cover with your family name and the computed New Year; one resolution sheet per child, exactly the sheet the free generator prints; one interview page per child with questions for their age band; the family 'our year in review' page with up to six of your photos, cover-cropped with caption lines; a time-capsule sheet with favourites prompts and a seal that names the year to open it; a fold envelope you cut, fold and tape around it; and one shared grown-ups' intentions page for the new year.

How much does it cost, and what stays free?

The pack is €7, one time — one payment, then the PDF is yours. The resolution-sheet generator and the one-photo year-in-review card stay completely free and unlimited, no watermark, no account. The pack is the convenience and the extras: everything typed once, plus the interview pages, the family photo page, the time capsule and the grown-ups' page the free tools do not make.

Which years print on the pages?

They are computed when you make the pack, never fixed in a template. The resolution sheets and the intentions page carry the New Year being planned for (made from late September on, that is next year; made in January, the fresh year). The interview, the family review page and the time capsule carry the year being reviewed. The capsule's seal says 'do not open until' five years after that review year. Every year can be changed one step either side if you are planning ahead or making a late one.

    Are the photos uploaded anywhere?

No. The photos are opened in your browser, cropped and drawn onto the review page there, and put into the PDF there. Nothing is sent to a server and nothing is stored. After payment, the only thing our server ever sees is the payment confirmation number from Polar — never a photo, never a name.

What do the interview pages ask?

Questions that fit the age band you picked. Ages 4–6 get three big draw-in boxes ('What I loved most this year', 'What I want to be when I grow up', a wish for the new year) with a caption line for a grown-up. Ages 7–12 get six writing prompts, from favourite film and song to the best day of the year and what they want from the new year. Ages 13+ get five reflection prompts, including one thing they are leaving behind in the old year.

Is the grown-ups' page a habit tracker?

No — and that is deliberate. It is one intentions sheet: five lines for what the grown-ups want more of, less of, somewhere to go, something to make, and one small thing for themselves, with a date to read it again. Tracking habits is an app-shaped job with strong incumbents; a printable cannot honestly do it, so this one does not pretend to.

How do I print and fold the time capsule?

Print the pack at 'actual size' (not 'fit to page'). The capsule sheet folds to quarter size; the envelope page prints the crease pattern — cut around the outer rectangle, fold the sides in on the dotted lines, bottom up, tape the two glue strips, top down last. The front already carries your family name and the year to open it. A shoebox works too; the envelope is the ceremony.

Do I need one pack per child?

No. One pack holds the whole family: every child in the roster gets their own sheet and their own interview page, up to eight children, and the review page, capsule and intentions page are shared. Type the roster once, print once.
