Graduation Memory Book: Free Printable Maker

Prompt pages: pick what goes in the book (black-and-white, cheap to print)

Portrait pages, true size at 100 % print scale. The pages are frames for the children to fill in: the tool builds the shell, the kids make the book. Every page carries a 1-inch check bar; measure it after printing.

The cover, true size: the name, the school and the year are drawn into the print, not left as blank lines.

Runs in your browser. The names and the PDF never leave your device. The photo frames stay empty: paste printed photos after.

Type a child's name, or paste the whole class list, and the book's shell is computed for you: a cover with each child's name, school and class year drawn into the print, fill-in prompt pages in black and white, and an autograph page with one box per classmate. Print at home, hand it to the kids, and they make the book. Free, no sign-up, no watermark, nothing uploaded.

What does the memory book look like?

The cover carries the graduation wording you pick (KINDERGARTEN GRADUATION, PRESCHOOL GRADUATION or PRE-K GRADUATION, or none at all for a plain “My Memories” book) over the child’s name, the school and the CLASS OF year, with an outline graduation cap and two stars to color in. Every page prints in black and white on purpose: a home or school printer runs a class set for the cost of a few sheets, and the kids get pages worth coloring.

Inside, the pages are frames, not worksheets: a big oval to draw in, lines to finish a sentence (“My favorite book is…”), two empty photo frames for the first day and the last day, one large box for the handprint, six ruled lines for the teacher’s note. The tool computes the shell (the cover text, the frames, the autograph grid, the page count) and the children make the book. That is the honest division of labor: no generator can draw a four-year-old’s friends, and no fixed handout can carry every child’s name.

How do I make a book for every child in the class?

Switch Make to the whole class and paste the names, one per line, and download: one cover per child, in your list’s order, plus one shared set of the prompt pages and one autograph page sized to your class count. A class of 24 with all ten prompt pages prints 24 covers + 10 prompt pages + 1 autograph page = 35 pages (computed from the tool’s page count, October 2026); photocopy the shared set per book, or run single books one child at a time if a copier is not at hand. Duplicates are kept on purpose, because two children can share a name. The long-form walk-through of this answer, the page-set table, the class-run math and the printing steps, is the guide how to make a kindergarten graduation memory book.

Will it print true to size?

Yes: portrait US Letter or A4, computed from the layout, October 2026. Print at 100 percent, not fit-to-page, then measure the black bar at the bottom of any page: exactly 1 inch / 2.54 cm. Short bar means the printer scaled the page; reprint before the last day of school. Full-page mode prints one page per sheet; half-page mode imposes two pages per sheet with a cut line between, which halves the paper for a 40-child run.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The names, the class list and the finished file are computed and assembled inside this page, in your browser; no request carries them, nothing is stored, and closing the tab erases everything. The photo frames are a deliberate exception in the other direction: they print empty, and the photos are pasted in by hand after printing, so no picture is ever involved at all.

What is out there, and what does this page add?

Checked 15 October 2026, page one of this search: a paid printable product whose personalized covers are editable in PowerPoint (fresh, May 2026), two free booklets that gate the download behind an email signup (one frozen since 2023, one since 2022), and marketplace grids behind accounts. What this page does differently is compute the personalization right here: paste a class list and every cover comes out with the child’s name, school and year drawn in, the autograph grid sized to the class, and the page and sheet counts shown before you download. No account, no email wall, no watermark. That is the whole difference, and it is the only claim this page makes.

Honest limits: one serif style, no clip art, no themes. The pages are static frames: the tool computes the shell, and the words and drawings are the children’s. A class run caps at 60 covers, the autograph page at 48 boxes, and the shared masters mean one photocopy step in class mode.

The graduation shelf keeps the rest of the day covered: the kindergarten diploma maker prints a personalized diploma per child, the graduation advice cards set the party table, and the senior yearbook ad maker builds the school-size ad page. All five makers and both guides share one shelf: the graduation page, and the family-side jobs (coloring pages, memory games, wish lists) live on the family page.

Questions

What is in the memory book?

Whatever you pick: a personalized cover for each child, then fill-in pages (self portrait, my teacher, my friends, when I grow up, favorite book, favorite song, first and last day photo frames, handprint, a note from my teacher, summer plans) and one autograph page at the end. One cover plus all ten prompt pages plus the autograph page is 12 pages for a single child (computed from the tool's page count, October 2026).

How do I make a book for every child in the class?

Switch Make to the whole class and paste the names, one per line. The tool builds one personalized cover per child in a single file; a class of 24 gets 24 covers. The prompt and autograph pages print once as shared masters; photocopy a set for each book, or print books one child at a time. The list caps at 60.

How big is the autograph page?

It follows the class: a class of 20 gets 20 signature boxes, a class of 48 gets 48, one box per classmate, so nobody queues at one page. It caps at 48 boxes, which is already a full page of signing.

How do I print it at the right size?

In the print dialog set scaling to 100 percent or actual size, never fit-to-page. Every page carries a black 1-inch check bar: measure it after printing, and if it is not 2.54 cm the printer shrank the page, so reprint. Full pages print one per sheet; half pages print two to a sheet with a cut line between.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The names, the class list and the finished file never leave your device: everything is computed in your browser, and closing the tab erases it. The photo frames on the first-and-last-day page print empty on purpose: paste printed photos after, so no picture ever goes through this page.
