Graduation season runs on paper with a name on it: the banner over the cake table, a card at every place setting, a diploma in every small hand, a memory book in every backpack, the ad in the back of the yearbook. Five makers on this page build those from your own photos and words, in your browser, at true print size — free, nothing uploaded. Three guides walk the bigger jobs: how to make a graduation photo banner, what to write in a senior yearbook ad and how to make a kindergarten graduation memory book. It is a small shelf on purpose: five real makers, and every maker computes something instead of linking out.
What can I print for graduation?
- The party wall. One school photo per grade, kindergarten to 12th, under a title card with the name and class year. In 5 × 7 in cards the full run is 7 sheets with about 2.5 m of ribbon; the store size 8 × 10 in is 14 sheets and about 3.5 m (computed from the maker’s layout, October 2026). Make the photo banner →
- The party table. Guest cards with a sentence to finish, the “Advice for the Graduate” table sign and the advice-jar label, all in one print run — four cards to a sheet, 30 guests on 8 sheets of cards. Make the advice cards →
- The ceremony. Each child’s name, teacher and date drawn into a true-size landscape diploma — paste the class list and 24 children come out as 24 pages. Make the diplomas →
- The keepsake. A memory book per child: a personalized cover from the class list, fill-in pages for drawings and favorites, and an autograph page with one box per classmate. Make the memory books →
- The yearbook. Photos and a dedication on the school’s exact page size, downloaded as a submittable PDF and JPG. Make the senior ad →
| Maker | You bring | You print | What is computed for you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Photo timeline banner | one school photo per grade — 13 for the full K-12 run — and the name | a title card plus one labeled card per grade, cut to real photo-print sizes | sheet count, ribbon length, the school years from the class year |
| Advice cards | the graduate’s name, class year and guest count | guest cards, the table sign and the jar label in one PDF | cards and sheets from the guest count |
| Kindergarten diploma | each child’s name — teacher, school, date and photo optional | one landscape diploma per child, the whole class in one PDF | one page per child; long names shrink to fit the border |
| Graduation memory book | the class list and the school name | a personalized cover per child plus fill-in prompt pages and an autograph page, one PDF | covers, autograph grid and page count from the class list |
| Senior yearbook ad | photos, a dedication, the page size the school sells | one page at the exact trim size, as PDF and JPG | the pixel and point sizes at 300 DPI |
Three guides walk the bigger jobs: how to make a graduation photo banner — which photo goes with which grade, the sheet and ribbon math, the hanging — what to write in a senior yearbook ad — wording, sizes and deadlines for parents and grandparents — and how to make a kindergarten graduation memory book — the class-list math, the cover and the pages the children fill in.
Why make graduation printables yourself?
The honest landscape for this search, checked 14–15 October 2026: page one is link roundups and account-walled editors. A 25-item roundup has been frozen since May 2023, and every download button on it leaves for another site; a 15-item roundup’s featured sets are Class-of-2018 vintage; a third cards list sits behind a prove-you-are-human wall. The template editors personalize well and want an account before any file comes out. A roundup hands you a stranger’s fixed PDF and a pen. The makers here build yours: type the graduate’s name once and it lands on all 30 advice cards and the banner’s title card, the guest count becomes the sheet count, the class list becomes one diploma per child — in one visit, with a 1-inch check bar on every printed page so a home printer cannot quietly shrink the size.
When is graduation 2027?
College ceremonies run through early and mid May 2027; high school and kindergarten graduations cluster in late May and June. The window on this page opens in April, weeks ahead of the first ceremonies — the same head start every occasion shelf here keeps. The one deadline this page tracks is a test print the week before your date, so paper, ink and the check bar are checked out before the day, not on it. The senior yearbook ad is the exception: ad deadlines run from fall into winter before the book prints, and prices often rise along the way — the yearbook ad guide carries the detail.
Can I make kindergarten and preschool graduation printables?
That is the diploma maker’s home ground: the title line prints KINDERGARTEN GRADUATION, PRESCHOOL GRADUATION or PRE-K GRADUATION over the same layout, one wording per run. The photo banner narrows to the years you have — a K–5 banner takes six photos. The advice cards work for the parents’ party at any grade. The memory book prints the same three grade wordings on the cover — or none at all, for a plain “My Memories” book. What is not here, on purpose: cap toppers, coloring sheets and banner letters are a fixed-PDF class that page one already covers free — and a fixed PDF is exactly what the five makers above replace.
What can these makers not do?
One serif style across all five; no clip art, no stickers, no themes. The banner holds 13 photos and does not edit them — fix scratches and faded color first on the restore old photos page. The diploma list caps at 60 children and prints one grade wording per run; the advice-card run caps at 200 guests. The memory-book list caps at 60 covers and its autograph page at 48 boxes; its pages are static frames the children fill in. The yearbook ad offers four layouts and cannot choose or retouch your photos, and a school that builds ads inside its vendor’s own portal wants that file, not a substitute. Invitations are the one classic graduation print this shelf does not cover — that job is the account-walled editors’, and this page stays honest about what it replaces.
The same camera roll keeps working after the ceremony: every maker here also lives on the photo gifts page — coloring pages, memory games, gift tags — and the other seasons on the calendar have their own shelves on the celebrations page.
