Kindergarten Graduation Diploma: Free Printable Maker

Free · Runs in your browser

The diploma, true size: the name, the teacher and the date are drawn into the print, not left as blank lines.
A photo of the child (optional; the photo never leaves your device)

Landscape pages, true size at 100 % print scale. Every page carries a 1-inch check bar; measure it after printing. In class mode the photo stays off; add it one child at a time.

Everything happens in your browser; the names, the photo and the PDF never leave your device.

Type the child's name once and the diploma is drawn, not left blank: the grade wording, the teacher, the school and the date print into the design, with an optional photo that never leaves your device. The page opens with a finished example diploma already on the sheet, so the first thing you see is the real thing; type over any line. One child or the whole class: paste the list and every child gets a personalized diploma in one PDF, true size on US Letter or A4. Free, no sign-up, no watermark.

What does the diploma look like?

A landscape sheet with a double border and gold corner arcs, the grade wording up top, the child’s name large underneath, and the signature block at the bottom: a line for the teacher on the left, a line for the date on the right, and a scalloped gold seal with two ribbon tails between them, with a white ring and star inside so it reads at print size. A small rule-and-diamond flourish fills the middle above the signatures. Three designs dress the same layout: Classic keeps the double border, the corner arcs and the gold seal, Ribbon adds school-color bands top and bottom, Stars sets four stars beside the wording. Two color pickers take the school’s colors for the border, arcs, bands, seal and stars; leave them off and the sheet prints clean black on white.

The personalization is drawn into the print: the name you type (up to 28 letters; long names shrink automatically so they never spill over the border), the teacher’s name in italics on its line, the school in small print under the name, and the date as you picked it. The optional photo sits in a 38 × 46 mm frame between the wording and the name, cropped to fill the frame, no white bars, no squashing.

How do I make a diploma for every child in the class?

Switch Make to the whole class, paste the names one per line, and download: one diploma per child, one PDF, in your list’s order. A class of 24 prints 24 pages, 60 prints 60; past 60 the list caps, because that is already 60 sheets of paper. The preview shows the first child’s diploma; every child gets the same design and the same teacher, school and date, each with their own name. More classroom printables live on the family hub.

Will it print true to size?

The sheets are built at true print size: landscape US Letter (279.4 × 215.9 mm) or A4 (297 × 210 mm), computed from the layout, October 2026. Print at 100 percent, not fit-to-page, then measure the black bar at the bottom of any page: exactly 1 inch / 2.54 cm. A short bar means the printer scaled the page; reprint before the ceremony.

Is the photo uploaded anywhere?

No. The photo is opened, capped and cropped inside this page, and drawn into the PDF on your device: no request carries it, nothing is stored, and closing the tab erases it. The same promise covers the names: the class list and the PDF never leave your device either.

What is out there, and what does this page add?

Checked 14 October 2026, page one of this search: printable diploma sets whose names and dates are blank lines to hand-write after printing, two of the grade-specific pages opening behind 141-partner consent dialogs before any content, one kids-app set whose free sample prints with the site’s watermark on the artwork, and generic certificate editors that hold their personalization behind the same consent walls or an account. What this page does differently is compute the personalized diploma right here (the name, teacher, date and optional photo drawn into the design, one child or a whole class at once, at true print size). That is the whole difference, and it is the only claim this page makes.

Honest limits: one serif style, no clip art, and one grade wording per run; a mixed kindergarten-and-pre-K graduation prints in two passes. The photo is one child at a time, and a run caps at 60 diplomas. What the diplomas say is yours; nothing here writes wording for you.

The same graduation day needs more paper: the graduation advice cards maker prints the party-table set (guest cards, table sign and advice-jar label from one guest count), the graduation memory book prints the keepsake, a personalized cover per child plus the pages the kids fill in, and the photo timeline banner prints the school-photos wall from kindergarten to 12th grade; its guide walks the whole wall. All five graduation makers and both guides share one shelf: the graduation page, and more printed gifts from the same camera roll live on the photo gifts page.

Questions

How do I print the diplomas at the right size?

In the print dialog set scaling to 100 percent or actual size, never fit-to-page. Every page carries a black 1-inch check bar at the bottom: measure it after printing, and if it is not 2.54 cm the printer shrank the page, so reprint. The pages are landscape: 279.4 × 215.9 mm on US Letter, 297 × 210 mm on A4 (computed from the tool's layout, October 2026).

Can I make a diploma for every child in the class?

Yes: switch Make to the whole class and paste the names, one per line. The tool builds one diploma per child in a single PDF, in your list's order, and a class of 24 prints 24 pages. Duplicates are kept on purpose, because two children can share a name, and the list caps at 60. The photo stays off in class mode; add it one child at a time.

Is my child's photo uploaded?

No. The photo is opened and cropped inside this page, in your browser, and drawn straight into the PDF on your device. No request carries it, closing the tab erases it, and nothing is stored anywhere. The names and the PDF stay local the same way.

Is there a watermark or an account?

No account, no sign-up, and no watermark on the artwork. The only printed text besides your words is a small footer line at the bottom edge with the print-at-100-percent reminder and the page's address; nothing sits over the design.

What is the difference between the kindergarten and the preschool wording?

The title line prints your pick (KINDERGARTEN GRADUATION, PRESCHOOL GRADUATION or PRE-K GRADUATION) over the same layout. One wording prints per run, so a mixed graduation prints in two runs; everything you typed stays in the form between runs.
