One roster in, the whole season out
End of season is a scramble: cards for the players, certificates for the awards night, something for the coach, and the parents asking what to bring to the party. This pack takes the roster you already typed — names, shirt numbers, positions, an optional club crest and optional player photos — and assembles all of it into one PDF you print once.
Every page family is built on a tool that already exists here: the line-up sheet page is the same drawing the free line-up generator prints, the poster page is the match-day poster at A4, the score sheet page is the free score sheet with your roster pre-filled. The pack adds the things a season ends with: player cards, one certificate per player with its own award line, the coach’s thank-you card and the parents’ party checklist.
What it costs, and what stays free
The pack is €7, once. The three generators it builds on stay exactly as they are — free, unlimited, no account, no watermark. If you would rather not pay, print the line-up sheet, poster and score sheet individually and write the certificates by hand; that path stays open forever.
The whole pack is assembled in your browser. Photos, names and the PDF never leave your computer; after you pay, our server only ever checks the payment confirmation number against this exact product before the download unlocks — nothing else is sent, ever.
Honest limits
The card and certificate designs follow the three colour themes, checked for readable contrast rather than chosen by eye, and they print fine in black and white. Photos are printed as circles at card size — small phone photos look best. The poster page uses the fixture details you type (opponent, date, kick-off, venue); leave them empty and it prints with sensible placeholders instead. There is no AI anywhere in this pack: no generated portraits, no invented awards — every word on a certificate is one you typed.
Questions
What exactly is in the pack?
One A4 PDF: a cover with your club name, season, age group and crest; one card per player with name, shirt number, position and an optional photo; the team's line-up sheet on your season formation; a match-day poster page; a score sheet; one award certificate per player with its own editable award line; a thank-you card for the coach or volunteer; and a one-page party checklist for the parents.
How much does it cost, and what stays free?
The pack is €7, one time — one payment, then the PDF is yours. The line-up sheet generator, the match-day poster maker and the score sheet generator stay completely free and unlimited, with no watermark and no account. The pack is the convenience: one roster, every page, one file.
Are the player photos uploaded anywhere?
No. The photos are opened in your browser, drawn onto the cards there, and put into the PDF there. Nothing is sent to a server and nothing is stored. After payment, the only thing our server ever sees is the payment confirmation number from Polar — never a name, never a photo.
Can I edit the award on each certificate?
Yes. Every player row has an award field — type 'Top Scorer', 'Player of the Season', 'Most Improved' or whatever your club hands out. A player whose award is left blank gets a write-in line on the certificate instead, so you can fill it in by hand at the table.
Does it work for 5v5 and 11v11 teams too?
Yes. Pick the game format (5v5 to 11v11) and the formation, and the pack builds a card and a certificate for every player and carries the same formation the free line-up generator would print.
What do I need for the coach thank-you card and the party checklist?
Just a name for the coach and, if you have it, the party date. The card carries a fixed honest message from the players and parents; the checklist is one page of the practical items a team party needs, with room to add your own.
How do I print it properly?
Print at 'actual size' (not 'fit to page') on A4 paper. The pages are true A4, the poster page keeps its white printer border, and everything works on a black-and-white printer.
