A soccer score sheet is the one page that records what happened in the match: who played for both teams, who scored and when, and the half-time and full-time scores. This generator prints it ready for your age group — pick 5 v 5, 7 v 7, 9 v 9 or 11 v 11 and the sheet carries the right match structure, with two halves of 20, 25, 30 or 35 minutes. Type the team names, the rosters (each team's list of players) and the goals, or leave everything empty and print a blank sheet to fill in at the field. At the bottom are the signature lines the referee and both team officials sign. Everything happens in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Soccer Season Pack — one roster, the whole season

The Soccer Season Pack turns one typed roster into player cards, award certificates, a match-day poster page, a score sheet, a coach thank-you card and a party checklist — one print-ready PDF for €7, once, still nothing uploaded. This generator stays free and unlimited, as always.

What goes on the sheet

One A4 page, portrait, black on white, so it works on any printer including the one at the clubhouse. The header carries both team names, the competition, the date and the kick-off. Under it sit the two score boxes — half-time and full-time — then the rosters for both teams side by side, each line with a shirt-number space and a name space. Below that is the goal log: the minute in a centred column, the home team’s scorers listed left, the away team’s scorers right. Three notes lines take cards and substitutions, and the bottom of the page carries the signature lines for the referee and both team officials.

Both buttons do the same drawing: Download score sheet (PDF) saves the file, Print opens your print dialog onto the same A4 layout — print at “actual size”; on US Letter paper, “fit to page” is the right choice. If you type the goals with their minutes, the score boxes are computed before you print — and you can watch the half-time split change when you correct the half length to what your league actually plays.

The tool remembers your last sheet in this browser, so next week is one edit, not a retype. Nothing you type leaves this page: the drawing, the print and the PDF are all made locally.

Where the match lengths come from

The age group drives how long the sheet’s halves run, and the numbers are the governing-body ladder our youth soccer game-day guide documents (FA, US Youth Soccer, DFB and IFAB documents, read September 2026):

Age groupGame formatMatch length
Under 7 / Under 85 v 52 × 20 min
Under 9 / Under 107 v 72 × 25 min
Under 11 / Under 129 v 92 × 30 min
Under 13 and older11 v 112 × 35 min, rising to 2 × 45

The half-length box is pre-filled from this ladder and stays editable, because federations disagree at the edges and your league’s handbook is the final word. Where the guide carries no figure, the box is yours to fill — the tool never guesses a number a governing body has not published.

Keeping score honestly

Two records exist at every match: the referee’s, which is official, and yours, which is for the league’s result system and the team chat. This sheet is the second one, and it is built so the two never get confused — no running scoreboard, just the goal log with minutes, and the two score boxes.

The one rule to know: a goal counts to the first half when its minute is between 1 and the half length — the 25th minute of a 2 × 25 game is first-half stoppage time. Goals without a minute count to full-time only, so the half-time box never silently overstates.

Honest limits

When the season wraps, the Soccer Season Pack turns the same roster into the closing set: player cards, award certificates, a poster page, this sheet, a thank-you card and the party checklist in one PDF.

This is a soccer score sheet, first version. It does not track playing time per player — that stays a pencil tally next to the roster, as the game-day guide explains — and it carries 10 goal lines. Score sheets for other sports are a possible future, not a promise.

For the rest of the match-morning folder: the line-up sheet generator puts every player on the pitch and doubles as the team sheet you hand to the referee, and the match-day poster maker tells families when and where. The sports hub collects all of it as the pillar grows — free, no account, nothing uploaded.

Questions

What is a score sheet, and do I need one?

It is the written record of the match: both teams' players, every goal with its minute and scorer, the half-time and full-time scores, and the signatures. The referee's card is always the official record — this sheet is your copy, for the league's result system, for the club file and for the team chat.

How long is a youth soccer match?

It follows the age group: two halves of 20 minutes at 5 v 5, 25 at 7 v 7, 30 at 9 v 9, and 35 at 11 v 11, rising to two 45-minute halves at the oldest youth ages. The tool fills the half length in for you, and the box stays editable — your league's handbook always wins.

Does the sheet add up the score for me?

Yes. Type each goal with its minute, and the half-time and full-time boxes fill themselves: a goal in minute 25 of a 2 × 25 match counts to the first half (stoppage time of that half), minute 26 counts to the second. A goal without a minute counts to full-time only. Change the half length and the split is recomputed.

Can I print it blank and fill it in by hand?

Yes — leave the boxes empty. Every roster line, goal line and score box prints as a write-in line, so a blank spare for the clipboard works exactly like the filled one. On match morning the team is often only final at the field.

What if the match has more goals than the sheet has lines?

The sheet carries 10 goal lines, which covers nearly every youth match. If a game produces more, keep tallying in the notes lines below the goal log — and the full-time box is the number the league wants anyway.

Does it work for other sports?

Not yet — the halves, the roster math and the goal log are soccer's. Score sheets for basketball, volleyball or other youth sports are a possible future addition, not a promise; for now this tool stays honest and soccer-only.

Is anything uploaded from this page?

No. The sheet is drawn and turned into a PDF entirely inside your browser. No account, no watermark, and no request carries the names you typed.
